Where to apply: To the Agency for State Registration of Rights to Real Estate and Transactions with It.

- Cadastral passport. 
- Documents confirming the right to land (decision of local authorities, lease agreement, etc.).

Official confirmation of ownership of the land plot and obtaining a certificate of ownership.
Receipt deadlines: Usually up to 15 days after submitting all necessary documents.

Fulfillment of obligations to pay taxes for the land.
