Today, on Human Rights Day, we raise the issue of how important it is to ensure women and girls have access to equal opportunities. Each of us knows that human rights are universal rights that must be respected for everyone, regardless of gender, race or social status.

Women and girls around the world face many barriers in accessing education, health care, career opportunities and financial resources. These are obstacles not only for them, but for the whole society. When women have equal rights and opportunities, not only each individual woman benefits, but society as a whole.

Today, December 10, on Human Rights Day, the public organization "Bonuvoni Fardo" of the Khatlon region held an event among students of the medical college of the Shahritus district as part of the project "Support for women's legal education" / UNDP in Tajikistan.

The action was held as part of the campaign "16 days of activism against gender-based violence" and dedicated to Human Rights Day.
