Every year, from November 25 to December 10, the world unites to hold 16 days of active action against gender-based violence. These days are not just a date on the calendar, but an opportunity to raise important issues and draw attention to problems that require our action.

One such issue is women's access to land. Although many women around the world are engaged in agriculture and work on the land, they still face numerous barriers preventing them from obtaining land rights. This not only undermines their economic security, but also makes them vulnerable to violence and exploitation.

The public organization "Bonuvoni Fardo" of Khatlon region holds informational meetings within the framework of the project "Women's Access to Land", supported by the Mama Cash Foundation.

Rural women of Shahritus, Nosiri Khusraw and Kubodien districts receive information on the legal framework regarding land ownership.

Information meetings are an important step towards raising awareness of women's land rights. We see how important it is to unite, discuss pressing issues and look for solutions together.

The Women's Access to Land project continues its work, and we are confident that together we can make the world a fairer and safer place for women.
