The public organization "Bonuvoni Fardo" of Khatlon region implements the project "Activation of women in risk management related to natural disasters". This project is supported and implemented by the URGENT ACTION FUND FOR FEMINIST ACTIVISM. The activity is carried out in 2 districts of Khatlon region: Shakhritus and Khuroson. Within the framework of the project, trainings are held on the issues of where and to whom to turn in emergency situations, how to write off crops and taxes from farmers and residents, on risk management practices based on the exchange of local experience and lessons learned among women of flood-affected territories.
