⦁ Lack of access to resources: Women often face limited access to education, finance, technology and markets. This limits their ability to work safely and efficiently.

⦁ Family responsibilities: Women in agriculture often have a double burden: they do both farm work and household chores. This creates additional stressful conditions and can affect their mental health.

The safety of women in agriculture is an important task that requires attention. Ensuring the safety of women in agriculture is not only a human rights issue, but also the key to improving the productivity and sustainability of the agricultural sector.

The public organization "Bonuvoni Fardo" of Khatlon region contributes to ensuring the rights of rural women, creating safe working conditions and improving their standard of living.

Supporting women not only improves their lives, but also contributes to the sustainable development of agriculture and societies in general.

The activity is carried out within the framework of the project "Women's access to land" with funds from the Mama Cash Foundation/The Netherlands.
