One of the ways to achieve gender equality for rural women and girls is the state registration of land and property. The right to land use is one of the fundamental rights enshrined in the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan. So, on May 26, 2022, within the framework of the DAI GLOBAL/USAID Project on agriculture and land management, a regular information meeting of the Tashabbuscor Network and Legal Aid Centers operating in 12 districts of Khatlon region was held. At this meeting, a lawyer of the Legal Aid Center in Nosiri Khisrava of the NGO "Bonuvoni fardo" R. Gulyamkadirov made a presentation on the activities and successes. After the presentation, the participants had the opportunity to ask questions and receive competent answers from specialists of land use service organizations. The meeting was very useful and full of practical examples from the life of dekhkans and rural residents of the Khatlon region.
