In the modern world, the protection of rights and personal security has become a particularly relevant and important task. We, as a human rights organization, pay great attention to ensuring the safety of all our employees.
In this regard, on July 13, 14 and 15, a retreat - safety training was held for 10 employees of PO "Bonuvoni Fardo" in Khatlon region. The employees of the organization not only improved their knowledge and safety skills, but also restored their health within 6 days in the sanatorium "Bahoriston" in the Sughd region.
This retreat - training was held thanks to the implementation of the project "Women's Access to the Land", supported by the feminist foundation Mama Cash. At the training, we discussed the basic security principles that will help us effectively protect our rights. We considered the types of security, analyzed practical situations related to possible threats and ways to prevent them.
This training was a great opportunity for us to develop our knowledge and skills in the field of personal security of each employee by developing personal security plans, as well as to strengthen our teamwork. We exchanged experience and ideas to create an even safer and more inclusive work environment. Together we have been able to make more progress and have developed a Security Protocol for our organization.
