PO "Bonuvoni fardo" of Khatlon region holds round tables in the Shahritus, Nosiri Khusrav and Kubodiyon districts, informing the local population about the problems of women in labor, about the laws regulating labor relations, about the law "On equality and the elimination of all forms of discrimination", labor laws, restricting the ability of women to participate in the labor market, putting them at a disadvantage, the ILO Convention "Elimination of Violence and Harassment in labor". The participants of the round tables actively discuss the problems of women in the field of labor and, realizing the importance of this topic, give recommendations to decision makers, heads of dekhkan farms on the importance of concluding labor contracts and work books, on equal pay for men and women in the agricultural sector. This activity is carried out within the framework of the project "Rights of women in the labor", supported by USAID under the Tajikistan Legal Support Program ICNL.
