On March 31, 2023, within the framework of the project "Rights of women in labor" supported by USAID under the Legal Support Program ICNL, PO "Bonuvoni Fardo" of Khatlon region held a regional experience exchange meeting among 40 women of Shakhritus, Nosiri Khusrav and Kubodiyon. The meeting was attended by deputy chairmen of the Khukumat of the Shakhritu region Turaeva M., Khukumat Nosiri of the Khusrav region Azimzoda M., departments for women's affairs of 3 regions, experienced women leaders of various structures, young girls and women, media from 3 regions. Representatives of the PO "Bonuvoni fardo" spoke about the activities of their organization, drew the attention of the public and local authorities, the media to the problems of women at labor. Women leaders shared their progressive experience of moving up the career ladder, told their personal stories of success, initiated the young to an active life and social position. Young women and girls asked questions and shared their plans and dreams for the future. Through this event, partnerships were established between the participants of the meeting.
