PO "Bonuvoni Fardo" in Khatlon Region launched the project "Rights of women in the labor", supported by USAID under the Legal Support Program ICNL. In order to promote the rights and interests of rural women in 3 districts of southern Khatlon region, we are conducting an information and educational campaign to combat negative gender stereotypes and discrimination against women in the world of work, through:

• Holding a regional meeting for the exchange of experience among 40 women of Shakhritus, Nosiri Khusrav and Kubodiyon;
• Holding 8 round tables in 3 districts with information about the problems of women in labor, as well as important laws governing labor relations, the law “On Equality and the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination”, labor laws that restrict women's ability to participate in the labor market, putting them at a disadvantage, the ILO Convention "Elimination of Violence and Harassment in labor";
• Publications of 9 thematic articles in newspapers of 3 districts, posts and videos in the social space and on the website of the organization www.bonuvonifardo.tj
