From February 6 to 9, 2023, a 4-day training on the topic “Writing project applications and developing a fundraising strategy” was held at the office of the PO “Bonuvoni fardo” of Khatlon region in order to increase the potential of the core staff of the organization. This training was held within the framework of the project “Strengthening the capacity of CSOs through training and policy development”, supported by the UN Women/Regional Program Initiative “Spotlight for Central Asia and Afghanistan”. As a result of the training, each of the participants developed their own personal project with indicators and a sustainability mechanism, a budget for its implementation. The participants were also involved in the development of a fundraising strategy for the PO for the next 3 years. The practical training was very rich and fruitful and gave the participants the opportunity to select donors from the list of donor mapping that support the projects of NGOs in Tajikistan, for further cooperation with them and the implementation of projects.
