Despite the minus weather🥶 and abnormal frosts❄️ in January 2023, the PO "Bonuvoni fardo" of Khatlon region continues its activities within the framework of the project “Creating and supporting a network of local activists and legal assistance centers, access to information and legal assistance”. This project is funded by the DAI GLOBAL\USAID Tajikistan Agriculture and Rural Resources Management Project under the Feed the Future initiative. Our team provides legal assistance to land users and farmers in the Shakhritus and Nosiri Khusrav districts in obtaining state registration certificates for the right to use land and real estate, conducts focus groups for land users to identify problems and round tables with the participation of lawyers and representatives of local authorities and self-government to resolve data problems.
