From December 16 to 20, 2022, within the framework of the project “Strengthening the capacity of CSOs through trainings and policy development”, supported by UN Women/Regional Program Initiative “Beam of Light for Central Asia and Afghanistan”, a specialized 5-day training on accounting, auditing and development of accounting policies for representatives of the team of PO "Bonuvoni fardo" related to the financial accounting of the organization. The lead trainer at the training was a highly qualified auditor Aziz Sadiev, who has extensive experience in conducting similar trainings for NGOs. During the training, the participants were given information about accounting, goals and types of audit, audit report, the participants reviewed the most common audit comments. The training included practical tasks on the calculation of wages for full-time and contract workers, the calculation of social benefits, vacation, maternity and childcare benefits. We sorted out the entries according to the chart of accounts, studied the tax and labor code, the law on social security of the Republic of Tajikistan, compiled a general schedule for recording working hours, and developed the accounting policy of the organization.
