From December 21 to 26, 2025, the National Public Organization "Bonuvoni fardo" team visited Tashkent with an important and inspiring mission: to share experiences with Uzbek colleagues and strengthen mental health rehabilitation practices.

During the visit, we met with Nigina Khudaibergenova, a representative of the Nemolchi.uz platform. In a warm and open atmosphere, we discussed issues of violence prevention, women's support, and shared successful approaches and real-life cases of working with communities.

During the trip, we also focused on improving mental health and emotional well-being, learning about history by visiting sites in both old and new Tashkent. We also enjoyed wellness treatments at a spa, which helped restore internal resources, reduce stress, and replenish energy for future work.

This visit was a valuable experience, combining professional knowledge sharing with a commitment to mental health. We return with new ideas, renewed inner resources, and inspiration to continue our work supporting women and communities.
