A four-day capacity-building training for the staff of the National Public Organization "Bonuvoni Fardo" began and is underway from December 3 to 7, 2025.

The event is taking place in the cozy atmosphere of the Saturn Sanatorium in the village of Shambari, where participants are working to strengthen their professional skills, exchange experiences, and develop new approaches in their work.

The training is being conducted as part of the long-term collaboration and support of the international organization MamaCash, the "Women's Access to Land" project, and is dedicated to the "16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence" information campaign.

This training is an important step toward strengthening staff competencies and developing initiatives aimed at protecting women's rights and creating a safe society.
