Within the framework of the Project, supported by the Spotlight Initiative Regional Programme for Central Asia and Afghanistan, the Public Organization “Bonuvoni fardo” of Khatlon region requires trainers and consultants to conduct trainings to increase the capacity of employees on the following topics:

1. Training on assistance to beneficiaries and risk management (5 days, on the basis of a sanatorium), containing the following sessions:
- Providing assistance to beneficiaries affected by gender and sexual violence;
- Effective case management;
- Stress, risk and safety management.

2. Training on accounting and development of accounting policies (5 days, on the basis of a sanatorium), including the following sessions:
- Accounting and audit of NGOs;
- Financial literacy and reporting;
- Development of the accounting policy of the organization.

3. Training on writing project applications and developing a fundraising strategy (4 days, at the office of the NGO “Bonuvoni fardo”, Shakhritus district), including the following sessions:
- Writing project proposals and budget preparation;
- Donor mapping;
- Sustainable development of NGOs;
- Development of a fundraising strategy for the organization.

Requirements: Higher education, TOT (training of trainers) certificate or equivalent document, experience in conducting trainings on these topics, developing an accounting policy and fundraising strategy.
Trainers and consultants must develop a training program and module, provide a presentation, and provide a report after the trainings.
