Nigina Sharipova, born in 1980, a resident of the Shakhritus district, contacted the public organization “Bonuvoni Fardo”. She needed an explanation of the process of obtaining a household plot of land and clarification of the cost of issuing a certificate of state registration of the right to use land.

A legal consultant of our organization explained in detail to N. Sharipova the procedure for applying to local authorities - the Khukumat of the district, and also provided practical assistance in drafting the relevant application. In addition, in cooperation with the MBTI of the Shakhritus district, the prices and stages of preparing the certificate were clarified.

Thanks to our assistance, N. Sharipova’s application was promptly endorsed by the Khukumat and sent to the MBTI of the district for further consideration. MBTI and Land Committee specialists immediately began work.

On June 10, 2025, Sharipova N. received a certificate of state registration of the right to use a land plot under number 9486.

To date, the issue has been successfully resolved. Sharipova Nigina expresses her sincere gratitude to the PO "Bonuvoni Fardo" for professional support, sensitivity and effective assistance in solving a vital issue.
