Public organization “Bonuvoni fardo” started its activity in October 1999 and has implemented more than 80 projects to support civil initiatives for over 20 years. In March 2013, the organization was re-registered in the Department of Justice of Khatlon region No. 41B. The mission of the organization is aimed at promoting the realization of the rights and freedoms of citizens, especially women, developing their initiative, meeting their socio-economic needs, protecting public health and protecting nature, developing entrepreneurship and management, and supporting citizens' initiatives. We carry out activities on the territory of the Khatlon region. We have collaborated with organizations such as GOPA/PDV Domestic Violence Prevention Project, Global Fund for Women, Eurasia Foundation, Mama Kesh, UNDP, Chemonix/USAID, IOM, European Union, Soros Foundation, American and Iranian Embassies, Helvetas, Front line defenders, WFP, DAI/USAID and others.

Organization works mainly in the following areas:

• prevention of domestic violence;
• women's access to land;
• empowering women and girls to promote gender equality.
